Pedigree

The start of it all is this most BEAUTIFUL BOY. Shortie came to us in September of 2005, when he was almost 9 years old. His mistress had passed away, and her husband was no longer able to look after him.

He was in terrible shape, hence the little coat. He was the sire of Pondside's first litter, and I feel it was his destiny that he finish his little life here at Pondside.

November 17, 1996 - May 24, 2008

Shortie loved to show, and he danced around every time I would get out a crate for someone to go to a show. Shortie made his final show appearance at the Pomeranian Club of Ontario 2007 Specialty in the Veteran Class. It was difficult for him, he found it difficult to maneuver around the ring, but he was happy and it showed in his steps and his attitude. We helped Shortie take his final journey, and he has now been re-united with his mistress whom I feel he never forgot.
